AgraPharm LLC is a Limited Liability Company incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Our business primarily consists of operating Industrial Hemp Cultivation for a variety of uses.. We operate our Hemp business under a License from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Agriculture.

Our business consists of several lines including hemp farming and wholesale sales of CBD biomass, premium smokable flower and seeds. Our group of Companies can assist with farming, trimming, pelletizing, seed processing,  remediation projects and sales. We also offer consulting and legal services for those who are either involved in Industrial hemp production or considering becoming involved.

We are collaborating with various other Hemp-related companies in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, West Virginia, Oklahoma, Texas, and Florida. We are working to build additional networks in Toronto & Montreal, Canada (3Q2020).

When we incorporate the “Art & Science of Hemp” it is because we understand that Hemp has many uses and as we move forward building our network and business we are constantly evaluating the uses of hemp and how that can bring benefit to the producers and consumers in the market. 

AgraPharm and/or its subsidiaries have Seed Dealers licenses in PA and OK and are expanding into other states as appropriate.

Roots

Hemp has been used in folk medicine for thousands of years and contains several compounds that may be of benefit for the treatment of common ailments such as, general pain, cramps, stomach problems and others. Research is ongoing. The roots of the Hemp plant may also be used in organic composting.

Hemp can be used in variety of industries. research is finding more ever day some examples of how help can be used are:

  • Seeds – used in Granola, Birdseed, Seed Cakes for Animal feed and as a Protein Rich Fiber
  • Hempseed Oil – Used as a Salad Oil, Margarine & as a Cooking Oil. It can also be used in Industrial Products such as Oil Paints, Varnishes and Fuel. In addition it can be used in Personal Hygiene products such as Soap, Lotions & Balms.
  • Leaves & Flowers – Used for Medicine, Recreation, Sacrament, and the Cell Fluids can be used in Abrasive Chemicals.
  • Stalk & Stem have many many uses such as Industrial Textiles including Twine, Rope, Canvas & Geotextiles. Hemp is also used in Consumer Textiles & Building materials such as Animal Bedding, Cement, Insulation and Fiberboard.

Bryan P. Keenan has been practicing for over 20 years in the areas of consumer bankruptcy law, real estate, estate law, business formation (with emphasis in restaurant industry) and asset protection.

Harold Rummell, Director of Agriculture

Mr. Rummell is a third generation farmer. He is experienced in livestock management, animal health, soil preparation and maintenance. He has expertise in planting, growing, and harvesting a variety of crops.

Dr. John Korstad, Ph.D, Senior Advisor Phytoremediation

Dr. John Korstad is a retired Professor of Biology at Oral Roberts Univ. in Tulsa, Oklahoma (USA). His has a Ph.D. in Zoology from the Univ. Michigan. He is a renowned expert on Phytoremediation

Natalie Adams earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and a Master in Leadership, Business Administration (MBA) from Oral Roberts University. She has extensive experience in development and in working with non profits.

How will I get My Seeds?

Shipping Policies

Once we have received your order we will contact you to determine how you would like your seeds shipped. Shipping charges are determined by:

  • Weight 
  • Location and,
  • Whether you prefer to have your shipment expedited.

In the case of large orders for remediation projects we can deliver seeds directly to you. Charges will depend on distance and whether we will need to stay overnight.

You may make arrangements to pick up your seeds directly from us, providing we have received all needed documentation and you have paid in full for your order.

No seeds will be provided regardless of whether you come to pick them up or have us ship to you without being paid for in full.

When will i get my swag!

Shipping Policies

We ship once a week on Thursdays. Our cut off day for the following weeks shipments is Tuesday. That means if you order on Tuesday before 11 am we will ship your products that week. If you order on Wednesday of the same week your order will not ship out until the following week.

We ship using the USPS flat rate shipping system to try and keep our shipping charges down.

If you have not received your shipment within 10 days please contact us so we track it for you. Please use the contact item in the quick menu. We will get back to you within 24 hours
